Contrary to the familiar saying, what you don’t know CAN hurt you. Citizens Medical Center wants you to KNOW before YOU GO by “Knowing Your Numbers” to prevent future heart health concerns and create a healthy lifestyle.
“Here at The Heart Hospital we see too many of our citizens facing serious heart health concerns,” says David Brown, Administrator at Citizens Medical Center. “We are offering this panel of tests to help educate men and women about cardiac risk factors and provide education to improve their heart health and the longevity and quality of their life. We are striving to provide prevention before someone needs intervention in their heart health.”
The panel of tests, a $450 value, is still available for only $125! Come to Citizens Medical Center and tell anyone that you want to Know Your Numbers. You will be directed to the Laboratory Department where you will be provided with a coupon to receive these tests that will provide a glimpse of your early preventive indicators for cardiac risk.
As an added bonus, by taking advantage of the $125 coupon for tests, you will automatically be registered for the next “KNOW Your NUMBERS” educational series to begin in the Fall. This educational series consists of four sessions: TEST Your NUMBERS, WORK Your NUMBERS, CHANGE Your NUMBERS, and CHECK Your NUMBERS. These sessions include an expert panel on cardiac care, nutrition, and exercise to provide participants with information on numbers guidelines and how nutrition and exercise can help you achieve your specific goals. Participants also receive exercise and food diaries as well as pedometers and other “NUMBERS” tools to assist in calculating your numbers and monitoring your progress in the program.
