Seminars are held throughout the year to allow new patients to meet us and find out what we're about. They are a non-threatening arena where you can learn about weight loss surgery. We'll talk about the differences between gastric bypass and the LAP-BAND^®. We'll describe how life changes for most patients . . . most people gain tremendous freedom while losing weight. We can also answer your questions about the financial aspects of weight loss surgery – insurance issues, cost, etc. Best of all, you often get to meet several of our patients.
